PASS INSTRUCTIONS
Payment and class attendance are tracked with Class Entry Cards. These cards are available for 12 weeks, 4 weeks or 1 week at a time. (1 week cards are only issued if you intend to come to additional classes during the same week as your payment. Otherwise, your one-off payment is entry to the one class.)
This card entitles you to entry into 12/4/1 weeks of classes. This card can be used for any 12/4/1 weeks of the year; they do not have to be consecutive. You may attend multiple classes during each week (which are either at your level or below. If you are a brand new beginner, you will usually need to wait until a newer class starts before you can attend it as a second class). A 'week' is defined as the period from Monday to Friday.
The numbers 1 to 52 around the edges of the front of this card represent the weeks of the year. Your card is validated with holes, punched through the week numbers corresponding to your attendance. Your card is only validated once each week, but you must present your card at the door for entry to every class.
This card expires when there are either 12/4/1 holes punched into it, or the expiry date elapses (expiry is a year from the date of issue); whichever occurs first. Replacement cards are available for purchase at any class, at any time.
If you forget to bring your card to a class, you may pay the cost for a single class. Salsambada takes no responsibility for lost or stolen cards.
This card is non-transferable and non-refundable.
